    Home Payment Info

My therapy with clients is completely private pay (meaning I don’t work with any insurance networks). This ensures maximum confidentiality, flexibility in treatment approach and length of  treatment. Although I don’t accept insurance for payment, I am “insurance ready,” meaning that I will provide you with the paperwork necessary (e.g., receipts, insurance codes) so that you can seek reimbursement on your own. You’ll need to check with your plan to determine what kind of reimbursement is possible with me as an “out of network” provider. You may also be able to use dollars from your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) if your employer offers this benefit.

Payment for sessions is expected at the end of each session. A discounted rate is offered when doing 90-minute sessions with individuals or couples – instead of the pay-as-you-go rate, there is a discounted rate when the first three sessions are paid at the end of the first session. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card.

    Fees for therapy

The return on investment and value of therapy can be immeasurable, as its goal is to improve your life, relationships, health, and overall well-being. Please call my office for session rates for individual, couple, and family counseling.

Rates for court-involved services tend to be higher as these situations are more complex, often requiring considerable time outside of the actual session time.

    Fees for parenting consulting

Parenting consulting is charged at $320 per hour. The cost is typically shared equally between co-parents. A deposit of $2000 is required to initiate the Parenting Consulting process ($1000 from each co-parent). Please request a copy of the Fee Agreement for Parenting Consulting for more details.

Please note that any time preparing for or appearing in court is charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate.

    Fees for divorce mediation

Mediation for uncontested divorce is charged at $320 per hour. The cost is typically shared equally between the parties. Please request a copy of the Contract for Mediation Services for more details.

These fees are current as of August 1, 2023.
